Over the last couple of years I've been very excited to see how PI Square has grown and been adopted by everyone who uses it. One question that comes up more often now is how to find my way around all this great content, especially for someone who is new. Here's a quick blog on where to find things and how to navigate for them.


There are a few main areas to PI Square.

1. All Things PI - Ask, Discuss, Connect  - This is the OSIsoft Technical Support monitored space in PI Square.

2. Learn PI  - This is where you can find online courses for free that you can use to learn about PI. From basic displays to developing with the WebAPI, we have something for you

3. PI Developers Club  - A place for developers to ask questions and share knowledge.

4. AF Community Library  - This is a place to share AF example kits, templates, ask questions around AF and share expertise.

5. PI Square Groups - Here you can find industry groups, product groups, and even a group around languages.

There are several ways to navigate around PI Square. For the main spaces mentioned above, you have two easy way to navigate to them. Use the main buttons in the middle of the screen or click the spaces on the blue navigation bar.

If you know what you are looking for, the best way is to use the search at the top of the page by clicking the


Once there you can either type in what you are looking for and see the suggestions come up (If you don't press enter they will autopopulate based on your query.) Also, there are 3 tabs on that screen. If you go to any page frequently, it will show up in your history tab. The third tab is bookmarks. You can bookmark internal and external content, so if you want to easily find you favorie KB articles from here, bookmark them here!
