    1. What is an SSO account?

      SSO stands for Single-Sign-On. Your OSIsoft SSO account provides you access to different online resources at OSIsoft.

    2. How do I know if I need an SSO account?

      Usually users that require access to Technical resources e.g. product documentation, setup kits and similar need an SSO account but SSO accounts are not limited to just Technical staff.

    3. Who can register an SSO account?

      We encourage users employed with OSIsoft customers and partners to register themselves an SSO account but in theory everybody can register for an SSO account.

    4. Are there any restrictions on email domains?

      Yes. SSO is restricted against using internet email accounts like hotmail, gmail, gmx and similar. Please register using your company email account. If this for some reason is not possible, please contact us at SSOHelp@OSIsoft.com.

    5. We are using a central team email account. Can I register an SSO account for our team?

      SSO accounts are intended for individual usage. Log-on information must not be shared. Please only register personal accounts with reference to your personal email address.

    6. Can I change the email address assigned to my SSO account?

      The email address provided with your SSO account registration is used to identify you as individual and to control access to certain resources at OSIsoft. Please contact SSOHelp@OSIsoft.com if you are in need to change the email address reference of your SSO account e.g. in case your companies email domain has changed. SSOHelp will accompany you with the change and address issues that may arise.
