An automatic upgrade of PI Cloud Connect was completed on November 16, 2017.
This release includes a fix for cases in which a subscription stopped downloading data because of a rare concurrency issue. Timeout functionality in service stop methods has also been improved to address such cases.
The last automatic upgrade of PI Cloud Connect was on September 29, 2017 and following the upcoming upgrade the next automatic upgrade is tentatively scheduled for the week of January 21, 2018.
The automatic upgrade process does not require any manual interaction and will only incur a momentary delay in data. If for any reason your automatic upgrade fails you will receive an email with machine specific details and guidance on how to manually upgrade the local service.
