If you already have a Single Sign On account used for OSIsoft Techsupport or OSIsoft Learning, please skip to Part 2 below.

If you DO NOT have a Single Sign On account please start with Part 1.

What is a Single Sign-On (SSO) Account?

An SSO account is a single user account used to access content in these OSIsoft websites: Tech Support, Learning, OSIsoft PI Square Community. By signing up for an SSO account, you can access these resources with the same login credentials.

Part 1: Creating a Single Sign On account


  1. To create your Single Sign On account go to: and fill-in your information. Then click Register.

SSO Password Specifications: Your new password must be at least 7 characters long and include at least 3 of these 4 categories:

  • Lowercase character
  • Uppercase character
  • Number (0-9)
  • Special character (~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/)

Note: Passwords must not contain 3 consecutive characters found in your display name as this can cause potential authentication issues/errors with your sign-in process.


  1. Once your account is created, you will get an email asking you to validate the account.


Part 2: Logging in to PI Square


  1. To log into PI Square, go to
  2. Click Log in at the top right.
  3. Enter you OSIsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) Account
