Find inactive Event Frames that have closed between a time range and clean them up (remove/delete)

I am relatively new to the AF area of AFSDK so apologies if that's a simple question

My problem: I need to get a list of older Event Frames and delete them. This is to avoid our little SQL db blowing up

I don't know how to go about finding and deleting the EFs. Harder to find them in the first place.

I need to emulate what a user can do in PI System Explorer with a new EF search of type "Ending Between" with "Search Start" and Search End" both set to some fixed dates, and with the "All Descendants" checked.

See screenshot attached.

I was thinking on using AFEventFrameSearch.FindEventFrames Method but I don't know how to use it. Example from live library is not enough for what I need.

Am I on the right track or shoud be using something else? An example and some doc about that would be great to get me started

Thank you
