I am trying to set a new value to a point's attribute of Timestemp type, but I seem to set the value uncorrectly since the value is set to 0.  More specifically,  I am trying to set "creationdate"  attribute value by using PIPoint.SetAttribute("creationdate", new AFTime(new DateTime( 2018,7,19,2,4,0)), but the attribute value is not set.  It is set to zero instead.  What Am I doing wrong?
