Hi Mohd Saifuddin
Only issue if faced with PI Datalink is due to Microsoft Office 365 update where PI Datalink is disabled or missing and IT team has fixed it. Definetely would suggest you to plan for upgrading clients to latest version as it has addtional features compared to older version.
Request you to check release notes for PB and Datalink for additional information on the fix.
Please see system requirements for the products:
It looks like PI DataLink does not officially support 2010 version. It most likely means that it was not tested on the version 2010, therefore, there may be some issues. 2010 is very old version in the year of 2019 so we can only do a compatibility test on a limited number of versions.
Please do use the latest version of PI DataLink and PI ProcessBook but let us know if you have any problems.
I already check some of the PI DataLink function( current, compressed, archive), and the features work fine. Data can be pulled from the server and there were no pop-up warning or error during the operation. The report that are based on datalink function also works fine..
