You will either have to wait for the Crawl interval to be up or you could do a manual recrawl using the Indexed Search Crawler..
It is also possible you are running into this known issue. If that is the case, I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of PI Coresight which is 2015.
Thanks for your quick reply Eugene Lee. I could see Indexed search crawler services is showing the service status as "Stopping" for long time.
I will try the upgrading to Coresight 2015.Hope this could resolve this issue.
What is the version of PI Web API installed? I would also like to make you aware of this known issue with PI Web API 2014 R2 in which changes to AF attributes do not get picked up during incremental crawl: https://techsupport.osisoft.com/Troubleshooting/Known-Issues/113725. This issue is resolved in PI Web API 2015.
As suggested by Eugene, upgrading to PI Coresight 2015 would avoid the above issue as it comes bundled with PI Web API 2015 R2 install kits.
I killed the Indexed search crawler services from command prompt and started again. Now it is picking up the changes.
But i still plan for upgrade to 2015 once i am done with my pending work.
