PI server by default stores data in UTC time format. We have clients all over the world access the same PI server. Our requirement is geography specific time stamp should be displayed when users accessing it through client tools.

Based on this it looks like PI WebParts follows the SharePoint time zone.

You can change the default local for a SharePoint site by taking the following steps:
1. In SharePoint, chose Site Actions > Site Settings.
2. Under Site Administration, click Regional Settings to verify or change locale settings.
