It sounds like there is a problem with the sql statement that gets this data for the AFServer. We would really like to capture the statement in the sql profiler. If you want to contact tech support, we can walk you through it. Also, it would be good to know the version of the AFServer and if you can access this element from PI System Explorer.
User contacted Tech Support and the issue is recorded in Case 650124.
It is learnt that user restored the old AF SQL database (AF Server 2012) to their new AF Server machine (AF Server 2014 R2). Since the database schema is different between the two AF Servers, user needs to upgrade their AF SQL database by executing the GO.bat SQL script (version 2014 R2).
User has reported the issue is resolved after the upgrade.
I got similar error messages when upgrading from 2014 R2 to 2015. My primary issue was that the SQL server's disk was full before I started my upgrade so GO.bat SQL scripts couldn't complete its upgrade.
Tech Support fixed my issue! (got a script fixing some missing columns in PIFD).
