Thanks for your quick action.
Yes we are using Microsoft windows common control - 2.6.0 (SP6) in references.
And we are not able to see PI Charts in display, while debuging we are seeing rutime error 438.
It might be difficult to see these errors in VBA, the last tricky one I had was in a ProcessBook file where there was a reference to a library I didn't use anymore (MSFlexGrid). The problem arose when we moved this to a new computer, which didn't have MSFLXGRD.ocx available. Since it was just a reference there wasn't really anything wrong in the code, but of course - the debugger stopped at a certain line in the code, confusing me for at least half an hour before I discovered the real problem.
Are you able to post a code snippet where you show what you intend to do? And also, describe which components you have added.
Go to the VBA editor, select "Tools" then "References"...are any of the references prefixed with "Missing:"?

Thank you All for your solutions.
My issue got resolved by adding the below two components in references.
- Microsoft Access 9.0 Object Library
- Microsoft DAO 3.6 Object Library
