Display Annotations on ProcessBook

I could need some help to create a VB Code on ProcessBook to display Annotations from Datapoints in a TextBox.

Every Datapoint has his own Annotation. So, if I move the Cursor the current Value/Timestamp is shown in the 3rd TextBox.
In the 4th TextBox there should be the Annotation of the current Value, which can be edited just by typing the new Annotation or editing the existing one and pressing
the CommandButton. The code for changing the Annotation is already existing.
