Accessing AF attribute with AFSDK

We currently use MDB but have setup 'MDB to AF Synchronization'. For some of our clients tools we use PI Properties in MDB of the type PI Alias:



From PISDK I can access the property and read the name of the referenced Alias. Now I want to do the same accessing AF using AFSDK. In AF the same properties, which are syncronized with 'MDB to AF Synchronization', looks like this:


But I haven't figured out how to read out the Value which holds the Alias name, I have looked in the AFSDK documentation and looked at the object in VS:


How do I read the value of these attributes?
