In the Drilling and Completion example lb/gal eng unit is missing.
Yeah, you are running into a known issue (37634) with the decimal-comma notation. It was fixed in PI AF Server 2015. For the full info, the Release Notes are below:

Thanks for point that out Vadim. Maybe Megan Vining can pass along this feedback to the folks who built this kit.
In the meantime, you can add the UOM by following these steps:
Thanks, Jeremy. No problem with adding that. The easiest way is just to copy and change "lb/US gal" UOM. It just needs some tuning before it starts to work.
Another issue to report is that it requires AF not older than 2.7, and I guess it should be stated in the pre-requisites, because now it says AF 2014 R2 will be enough, which is not true.
The kit uses the "lb/US gal" UOM, which is one of the UOMs included in the Density class in the UOM database of a default AF Server v2014 R2 install. We try to stick to the UOMs in the default install, but even then we can't guarantee that the UOM will exist on your AF Server; if you make a change to a UOM or UOM class in your AF Server, we don't make any additional changes to that UOM when you perform an upgrade.
As for requiring v2015 (2.7) - we built the kit on v2014 R2. What issue have you run into that seems to require v2015+? Let us know and we'll check into it.
First I thought the tags weren't created because of UOMs didn't exist, then I thought - it's because AF 2.7 and quotes. But really the problem was about localization. The tags that weren't created had some predefined options like "span=0.8". But my system is Russian, we use comma as decimal separator. I changed dot to comma for these tag definitions, and all worked magically.
