Cannot connect with JDBC

I am trying to connect to a PI server via JDBC and cannot get to it. Here is the URL I am using:

jdbc:pioledbent://houapp283/Data Source=houapp284; Integrated Security=SSPI

I set up a log file and the logs to level 5 for details and I get this:

WARNING: Connection to net.tcp://houapp283:5462/DataAccessServer/Query failed. Error: [PI SQL DAS NetTcp Channel] Could not connect to net.tcp://houapp283:5462/DataAccessServer/Query. The connection attempt lasted for a time span of 00:00:01.0010000. TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 17.0.11.179:5462.

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 17.0.11.179:5462

If I understand it well, that sounds like either there is a firewall not letting the connection come through or that server or port does not exist. The problem is that I can connect using "PI System explorer" without any issue. I can also do a Tag search and get data from houapp283 in "PI System explorer" without any problem.

So, what am I doing wrong?

Thanks!

PS: The IP's were changed for security reasons. They are not the real ones in case you are wondering.
