On redundant OPC Interface nodes the IO-rate differs factor 1.5-1.8

On customer site, I have redundant opc-nodes (interface-level-failover). Monitoring io-rate I see values that differ by factor 1.5 up to 1.8.

I know that this is a 10 minutes average and different interface startup time causes different values, but I think this factor is abnormal. What do you mean?
