Given the following topology:  2 PI servers (Primary and Secondary) configured in HA collective at the plant.  1 enterprise PI server configured at main office.  A PI-to-PI interface is installed on the Secondary PI server and bufferes and replicates data perfectly.  However if the Secondary PI server is down then data to the main office server is then lost.  Is it possible to configure an additional PI-to-PI interface on the Primary server in backup redundant mode?  That means it doesn't normally send data to the main office server which I would assume cause duplicate records, but rather takes over if the Secondary is down.  (Obviously this should take place without any manual intervention)
