    SharePoint and PerformancePoint

      Basically, it says that "PerformancePoint will no longer be sold as a separate SKU but rather be part of the SharePoint Server enterprise offering..." and that "Microsoft is consolidating the scorecard, dashboard, and analytical capabilities from PerformancePoint Server into SharePoint Server as PerformancePoint Services, making these capabilities available to millions of SharePoint users around the world."

          I saw this news as well, and was encouraged. Today, though elements of PerformancePoint dashboards can appear in SharePoint web part pages, they cannot be connected to other "generic" SharePoint web parts, nor to any of our RtWebParts. I'm hoping that rolling PerformancePoint into SharePoint will result in substantially improved integration at the user interface level (among other things of course!).
