I'm looking for a solution to printing data from a msgbox a display through VBA.
You're right. I have the message string and should be able to send it to the printer.
Do you like to print the content of a MessageBox that is popped up by an application or are you creating this MessageBox using VBA?
If it is the first, will the VBA code for printing be in the application owning the MessageBox or will it be another application?
When creating a MessageBox programmatically, there's a parameter that allows to specify what buttons should show on the MessageBox dialog. Unfortunately there's no [Print] or [Copy to Clipboard] button built in which is mean because you sometimes have to type and hope you don't insert a typo .
If you are able to get a handle to the MessageBox object you should be able to read the Text property and send the content to a printer. A special challenge could be if the MessageBox is a modal one.
I created a MessageBox through ProccessBook VBA and need to print the data from this MessageBox also through VBA.
In that case you have the message string and should be able to send it to the printer, is it?
Sorry, I feel that I don't properly understand what you like to accomplish.
