About UOM in PI Point Data References

During attribute creation using "PerfMon" interface, I didn't found any default or listed UOM like "bytes\KB\MB\GB\TB".

Any idea from where can I can get these UOM in PI Point Data References.

Also, Also what I understand is, child elements name should be your monitored device name on which Tags has been created. So that when you will use %Element% it can detect automatically. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks & Regards,
