Which PI Interface to use for Allen-Bradley MicroLogix

Our plant recently purchased some bioreactor controllers from Valley Instrument Company which utilize the Allen-Bradley MicroLogix PLC. We have the Ethernet Interface 1761-NET-ENI on each Valley unit. My intention is to utilize a private point-to-point ethernet network between our OSI-PI interface node and each MicroLogix ethernet interface. What OSI-PI interface should I use? Do I need to toss in a PC with additional software or can I communicate directly between my PI interface node (a Windows Server) and the MicroLogix?

Many thanks in advance.

Valley Instrument provides this cut-sheet description of the ethernet interface
