Need help to describe how to load 32 bit PI AF SDK version on a 64 bit system (already has 64 bit PI AF SDK loaded)

We have loaded the "PI AF SDK Client 2016 SP2 Install Kit", which loaded the 64 bit components into C:\Program Files\PIPC\bin.  An application being developed needs the 32 bit versions of these components.  The install also created C:\Program Files (x86)\PIPC\bin, but it only contains pintlog.dll.  The product info indicates that both 32 and 64 bit versions are included, but it appears the 32 bit install is incomplete.  Where do we find the 32 bit components that belong in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PIPC\bin (and any other directories affected.  And how do we install them.
