Any ideas how to handle noise.

This is more than an exception and compression issue. 
I have data coming in every half hour (removed no change data)

 

 

There is noise or something affecting the level.  The variation is greater than the noise filter value of   +/- 1.5

    The vol reading changes and most offset each other  down then up = zero.  the value is not the same nor is the consistency of the change.

I get the reading ~ every 30 minutes.  If I add the variation col eventually I get an accurate value.  I am tring to adjust these in AF Analytics.

 

Is there a way to read x values and change the data for the 2 values
example val 0 3306.3   variaton = 0
val 1 3313.6  -7.3811   variation  0+-7.3811
val2 3306.3   7.3811  variation = -7.3811  + 7.3800

 

 

when variation returns to zero then val1 chaged to  3306.3

 

This could happen 2  times in an hour or across hours.   I just cant get the logic to work in AF Analysis
I have 24 hours to clear all offsets.  What ever does not line up is correct as usage.

 

 

 

any thoughts would be appreciated.   I have created up to 15 attribues with correponding time for value from now back 15 events.

if prev val - curval = 0  then curval

if 3306 - 3306 = 0 then 3306

Where I have the problem is

if 3313.6 -3306.3. = 0

else need to look for the opposite variation so -7.3811 + 7.3811 = 0
