You could use the TagTot and TagAvg Functions. In your case the equations would look like this:
1) TagTot('tag', 't+10h', 't+22h')
2) TagAvg('tag', 't+10h', 't+22h')
These equations will give you the results of the totalized value (time integral) and the time-weighted average value of the specified tag over the time between 10am and 10pm, according to the values stored in the Archive.
You will then need to configure the Scheduling for this tag, which you could set to "Clock Scheduling" and configure a scanclass to perform this calculation once a day with an offset that would trigger the calculation after 10pm.

I tried adding above expression.
While scheduling you asked me to add a scan class.I dont have any interface so where can I add the scan class for this tag.
Also where to add the offset.

I apologize if I wasn't completely clear in my explanation.
The Performance Equations (PE) Scheduler is the PI Data Archive component that runs performance equations. The script file "pipeschd.bat" contains the startup configuration for the PI Performance Equation Scheduler and can be opened with ICU as an interface, where you could configure its scan classes among other parameters.
The script file "pipeschd.bat" is located in the directory: ..\Program Files\PI\bin
In your case I would create a scanclass for this Performance Equations as follows:
Therefore, using this scanclass the PEs will get one value every day at 22:01:00.

I think it is good idea to use Analysis rather than PE tags. PE is really old technology... Could not buffer the data if you use PI Collectives.... if you have multiple devices for running this calculation, AF Element template and Analysis template work well.
