vs the Training video
Verify that you've got a string type attribute in the configuration database defined under:
It should be a url like 'https://coresightserver.company.com"
Thanks for posting on PISquare. The events details hyperlink sends the user to the PI Coresight.
I'm able to confirm the content in my test system. Do you have Coresight configured for your AF Server?
Where would I look for this? I know the coreight admin page is configured for this AF server?
You can check this from the Coresight Admin page.
Do you see that the AF Server and Database is indexed?
In the example below, you can see that the AF Server is JRu-AF1 and JRu and JRu2 are the databases allowed to be viewed from Coresight:
The URL link that is created will open a details page in Coresight for the corresponding event frame. It is not required that you have already any particular existing display in Coresight for that.
The link has the form such as e.g. http://pisrv1/Coresight/#/EventDetails?server=PISRV1&eventid=b25578e8-2f41-4574-0000-000000005531
The first part (http://pisrv1/Coresight) is the generic link to your Coresight Server (Mike referenced in his response where this is taken from) and the remainder is the generic part to open an event details page for the event frame that is referenced by its unique UID.
This did the trick. Thanks!!!
