Please I need help from you all, how I can solve issues like that? PI server was working fine, after power failure the PI is behaving like that in the picture we need to re-store our PI back. thanks.
from what I see, the only problem is with IP's. It does not look like a PI Server issue, but a OS/network issue. If htis is how it started after power failure, I would try restarting the machine (if it was a problem when machine started, domain was not ready) in order to get everything working.
You can also check if some machine network service did not start (DHCP or whatever).
If there is some PI error I am missing, please post more information.
thanks for the reply but I re-started the machine and the problem still, yes you are right it's not PI problem but OS problem.
do you guys have an ideal how to solve this problem?
Hi Isaac. I think Nicola has identified the issue above. Can you confirm?
If you can send to me step by step how to get that solved I appreciate
when I press reset it looks like this. but after goes back to the not running(not installed)
I am not sure, but I don't think having VMWare Tools installed is strictly necessary.
Can you access the OS? did you check the event log? I am quite sure it is not a PI iussue, so you should better talk with your company's IT guys to check Virtual Server infrastructutere, domain and DHCP...
