What do you mean by a dynamic table? What about the table rows will be changing?
VBA solutions won't work in WebParts unless you are using PI ActiveView. See PI WebParts for more information. If the solution requires VBA, will you be able to install PI ActiveView on client machines?
I want to use a SQL Query and populate a table.
Please let me know if it is possible in Processbook, or Pi Coresight.
Suppose there are N number of Item or materials, and from those we consume different number of items daily.
I want to show the consumption of used items only.

Rather than import a table directly into ProcessBook, would you consider importing it into an AF Server? You would then create AF attributes for the table items you want to display. This way, you can also access those items directly from WebParts (or any other PI Client) without having to go through ProcessBook.
Please see Linking or Importing SQL Server data for more information.
