Out-of-order data: add or replace?

My company is using Cloud Connect to transfer data from a customer's Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), which often includes out-of-order and updated values. On the interface gathering data from LIMS, we can set Location5 to specify whether we want new values to be added or replace existing archive values at the same timestamp, but it seems that Cloud Connect will only add data. Below is a comparison of the data on our archive (1st pic) vs. the customer's archive (2nd pic):

You can see that the customer initially enters in zeros for this ammonia reading and then updates it later. Is there a setting for Cloud Connect to replace existing archive values rather than add to them?
