PI Coresight reading NO Data, after reboot of one of collevtive memeber of pi server

Hello Community,

 

we have coresight application 2016 running in one server and connecting pi server(HA) which is in different machine.

whenever our pi server(primary member) getting scheduled reboot coresight application is unable to switch to secondary.

 

below are the messages which we

1/24/2017 3:09:53.66916 AM, , Information, Deleting connection:  New Connection, Remote Connection failed. [10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it., ID: 211  :0, pinetmgr, , , , , , , , , , ,

1/24/2017 3:19:53.69707 AM, , Information, Disconnected ID: 984 ; Process name: w3wp.exe(7008):remote ; User:  ; OS User:  ; Hostname: ; IP: IP Address ; AppID:  ; AppName: , pinetmgr, , Connection Information, , , , , , , , ,

 

unable to see data via web url (from my local machine). but at the same time we could see data using localhost site (in server)

 

i could see data after iisreset from website(from local machine- desktop).

 

can anyone suggest me for troubleshooting steps
