Discontinued batch totalizing

Hi all,

 

Im using Point totalizer to measure batch quantities.

Problem is that one big batch is made of fiew smaller ones when flow goes to 0 and stays some time:

I would like to sum up all of my cyan lines to one batch value.

 

Is there anything i'm missing to make this?
