In Processbook 3.1, there is a new feature call "Details" that is available. It is like a table showing the history data of the tag/dataset that is tied to the dynamic symbol(trend, value, etc) that is selected on the display.

You can display this by right-clicking on the symbol and select "Details and Annotation" or go to "View" menu on the top and enable "Details".

I wonder if this would be something that you are comfortable with.
