Here is an interesting one for someone...

I have a VS2008 C# Windows Form project that I am working on.  In it, I have 2 seperate windows aps, and a DLL project.  The first Windows App is a server side application, the second is for the user stations and the DLL file does all the work with PI.

In my Server Side Application (Sensibly names ServerApp) when I try to use my PITools dll file I get a System.IO.FileNotFoundException stating that:

Message="Could not load file or assembly 'OSIsoft.PISDKCommon, Version=, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c3309f0734ba2805' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."

However, when I use the same DLL project file on the Non server application, it works absolutely fine.

All programs are under the same project, and the PITools project is referenced the exact same way in both of the windows forms projects.  Any Ideas?
