Notification Trigger value and Email Trigger value are different

We are experiencing an issue in which a notification will trigger as expected because the value has reached the treshold as expected. The issue is that the value that gets reported in the email is less than the value of the threshold. An example is:


We have an attribute that is a referenced PI point that is used in a notification. The notification will trigger when the value is above 13 which is what we are observing. The email gets sent and the target value is showing that it is only 6 which is a more current value than the value that triggered the notification. We would like the value that triggered the notification to be displayed in the email. Is this possible?
