"Owner" assembly registration in AF DR Registration?

I'm teaching the AppDev class in San Leandro and I'm intending for the class to use a custom DR build I've used before.  I'm now using this with AF 2010R2 & VS 2010 (all current versions) when I try to register using

C:\Program Files\PIPC\AF>regplugin /pisystem:train17 "C:\Class\AFDataReference\AFDatareferenceIP\AFDatareferenceIP\bin\Debug\AFDatareferenceIP.dll"
PISystem 'TRAIN17', (ed34a994-c513-47cf-a801-ed48c5df69c8).     Found support assembly 'AFDatareferenceIP.dll'.

I get:

Owning assembly for support assembly    'C:\Class\AFDataReference\AFDatareferenceIP\AFDatareferenceIP\bin\Debug\AFDatareferenceIP.dll' is not defined. May need to specify the owner using the 'Owner' argument.

Here's the top part of the code...

Imports System
Imports System.ComponentModel
Imports System.Runtime.InteropServices
Imports OSIsoft.AF.Asset
Imports OSIsoft.AF.Time
Imports System.Net
Imports System.Text.RegularExpressions

Namespace OSIsoft.AF.Asset.DataReference
_Guid("b1b950Be-6bf8-43b7-9154-a678bcdb1bc3"), Description("IPHostFinderDR;NSLookup Data Reference")> _

Anyway -

How or what do I use as an Owner Assembly reference?   This seems to be a new situation raised by (my guess is)  VS 2010

Is the same issue present in PI Notifications Delivery Channels?

WOuld there be a reasonably concise explanation of owner assemblies available?

Help by mid day tomorrow would be very appreciated....
