I'd like to install RtReports Editor on a client. We have RtReports 22.214.171.124
Which firewall ports should be opened for all RtReports Editor features to be functional?
Thank you, Monica.
Most often, RTReports is installed to the default website, which communicates over tcp port 80.
However, if RTReports is not installed to the default website, you will need to check in IIS Manager on the RtReports Server machine. You can find the TCP port needed to be open on the firewall by following these steps:
1) On the RtReports Server, navigate to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
2) In the left pane, expand the local computer, then expand the "Web Sites" tree.
3) Expand each web site until you find the one where RtReports is installed. Right-click on the web site name and select "Properties".
4) In the web site's Properties dialog, the TCP port indicates which port RtReports is running on.
You can find more information in the RTReports Administrator Guide. < Request Rejected >
Hope this helps!

Of course you also will need port 5450 open as the editor talks directly to the data archive for several class such as searching for a batch context.
