We had a crash of PI SQL Data Access Server service with a keyword 0x80800000000 without any other logs and information.
Has someoen an idee on what could be the reason?
There really isn't much to go off given the information you have provided. Is this a one-time crash or is it reproducible? Do you know what was happening during the time of the crash?
There is a lot of information that has to be gathered to characterize a crashing application. I suggest you reach out to TechSupport for more info.
We had already a case open with OSI support, but they only found this information in Windows events, Nothing in OSI logs.
It was a one-time crash, never had before and since.
The only thing I know, is that during the crash there was a connexion from an external application using PI ODBC driver.
Can you please share the case number here or privately for me to review?
Case number is #771777. I had remote session with support.

It may be a good idea to enable automatic crash dump capturing like through Windows Error Reporting, in the case that this occurs again in the future. Normally it is very difficult to tell just from the messages why a crash occurred.
