We have two weekly backfill SQL script that runs to capture data from SQL table into PI using RDBMS interface.  These two backfills are scheduled to run using 'Task Scheduler' as below

We also have health points for these interface instances to track the condition of the interface, we noticed that when these task schedulers run, the 'Health Points' report "Intf Shut'.  For example see below for the 'Mozart Backfill' that run on 2/27/17 at 1:00am, the Device Status was saying 'Intf Shut' until 7am even though the scheduler run and was completed in 2 minutes by 1:02am.  Also, see below the 'Inteface Point Count' tag, which is still reporting 'Intf Shut' since 2/27 at 1:02am.

Below is the Tag configurations for 'Device Status' Tag which is also similar configuration for the 'Interface Point Count' Tag:

How can I fix the issue with these Health points reporting 'Intf Shut' when the interfaces are technically running and are not shut?

Any assistance will be helpful.
