HelloI ran the command pibufss -cfg and got the following result
The status is Disconnected.
How to proceed further
The status of "Disconnected" means that the PI Buffer Subsystem was unable to connect to the PI Data Archive server CORPISRV02, which looks to be the secondary member of a PI HA Collective. First of all, make sure that the PI Data Archive server is in a healthy state, since the "disconnected" could just mean that the buffer subsystem is doing its job and queuing events until the server comes back online. I can see from the output there is quite a large sum of queued events.
Secondly, make sure there is a valid trust or mapping to allow the PI Buffer Subsystem (pibufss.exe) to connect to the server. You can also check the server message logs for any further indication as to why pibufss could not connect to the server.
Hope this helps!

In addition to Adam's answer, you can try to telnet port 5450 from interface machine to CORPISRV02, because disconnected also suggest sometime connection broken b/w PI Data Archive and Interface machine.
You can debug into messages as suggested in Adam's reply.
If you are able to telnet, and you have latest buffer subsystem on interface machine, you can try to restart buffer subsystem (this solution you should apply as last option, becuase restart of Buffer Subsystem also restarts interface services depending on it which can cause minor data-loss (1 minute) if you don't have redundancy @ interface level).
