PI notification skipped to some subscriber with mention attached file.
So the issue is no longer on going? I think setting up a test Notification could be a good idea. You could setup an Event Frame and Notification to trigger off a PI Point that you can manually enter data. If the issue happens again, with the assistance of Tech Support you could set a higher level of debugging and trigger that test Notification manually. From the logs with a higher level of debugging we would be able to determine at which point in the data flow the Notification is failing to send. Just a thought in case the issue happens again...
Can you try to send a test email to one of the subscribers for which the Notification failed? You can do this in PI System Explore > Contacts tab. Then on the contacts email, click the test button. If you get an error please post a print screen of it.
I have tested test mail & it is working fine.
Somehow on 21-June-2017, with some error it was not sent to proper subscriber.
Issue now resolved.
