If you open PI System Explorer -> File -> Connections, do you get a dialog box with the same error message? This might not be caused by the connector itself -- we usually see this message in situations where multiple PI Data Archives have the same server IDs. If that's the issue, then it can be resolved by assigning new server IDs for the affected servers.
If you don't get the error when looking in PI System Explorer, then it's likely to be a separate issue and it is probably worth opening a tech support ticket with us.
