Hi All,

I have a notification which should notify only when the value is "<> On" for the source tag. This is not working in the setup as described at the end. What happens is if the value goes to On or Off an xml notification is generated in the configured XML directory when the notification itself is configured to "<> On". As a test I have configured added an additional delivery channel to point to my email and this is where it gets interesting the notification to the email occurs correctly.

When the value goes "Off" an email is sent AND an XML file is created.
When the value goes "On" no email is sent AND an XML file is created as well.

Is the filtering supposed to be done at the XML delivery channel level? I took the sample delivery channel codes and modified it to put different content into the XML file.

I have configured PI Notifications as per below:

1. The source tag is a digital tag with digital set: OffOn

2. The Trigger is set to:

Input:         SourceTag
Operator:      =
Compare To:    Value
Value:         On

3. The subscriptions are set to a custom XML Delivery channel and an email.

SCREEN SHOTS below for each of the above points (not sure if this will go through)

1. The source tag is a digital tag with digital set: OffOn

2. The Trigger is set to:

3. The subscriptions are set to a custom XML Delivery channel and an email.
