Has someone configured a custom time format? I believe they must have because this is not the default format. It is stored in the config database under \OSIsoft\PIANO|TimeFormat and \OSIsoft\PIANO\Notifications\Service|TimeFormat
Double check the value with the specification here: Custom Date and Time Format Strings | Microsoft Docs
It is probably configured incorrectly for month which is "MM", not to be confused with minute which is "mm".
Wow! That was the quickest answer!! That was exactly why, when we first started this we could not figure out how to get the timestamps to display in the e-mails like we wanted to so PI suggested creating the TimeFormat attribute.
