Problems with the reliability of analysis and events that are loaded in bulk

We have consistently problems with the reliability of analysis and events that are loaded in bulk.

The scenario is as follows: Some of our interfaces loads 24 hours of data once a day. The events are supposed to trigger an analysis based on the bulk loaded data. We very often experience that this simply does not happen. We have windows where the analysis simply skips the new events. I have had a few cases of this on tech support, but they could not really help me.

Based on this experience I would really like to know the following: Is it officially recommended by OSI-soft to trigger analysis, based on events, when data are not streamed in, but rather bulk loaded? (by bulk loaded I mean through our RDBMS interfaces)

This a critical issue for us and it the answer for the above question is no, then fair enough. We will then have to make our own workaround.
