I'm looking for an expression in Datalink. Unfortunately I can't use Batch so I have to make to following expression in Datalink.

If tag X changes from 0 to 1 then I want to know that timestamp (A) and the timestamp (B) of the event when tag Y changed for the last time from 0 to 1 before timestamp X for the last 30 days.

In short: When A happens I want to know the timestamp of A and B in 2 separate cells. This must be done within a time period of lets say 30 days so I need all A's and previous B's for the last 30 days each in a new row.

Is this possible without using VBA?
