Our system has stopped reading all the PI interface connectors. Rebooting the PI server does not help. Our PI system expert just retired. Can anyone help me out here with a next step to try.
You might want to give a call to our Tech Support team (https://my.osisoft.com/) who can help you out on this.
In the meantime, if all the interfaces have stopped sending data and they all come from the same interface node, then the first thing I would look at is the buffer. You can do so by opening a command a prompt in the interface node, navigate to %pihome%\bin\ then run pibufss -cfg which should give an idea of the status.
OK, thanks. Interesting other piece of info is that not all interfaces have stopped. 1 out of about 10 interfaces is still sending data. I'll try to figure out what's different about that one interface.
