I want take minimum value of PI attributes in time range method like between 14day & 15 day ago in PI System explorer.
To do this, I would recommend creating a new analysis, mapping the output attribute to a new attribute and then selecting the option to not save output history. This will allow the equation to run "on-demand". Note, the performance will be good a actually storing the result. By not saving output history, you are doing a client side calculation.
Function to use should be similar to: TagMin('Attribute1', '*-15D', '*-14D')

2) Tag Minimum value between 14d & 13d

Configure an EF to trigger by running once a day, offset from midnight and only running if the day is the first or 16th. From here you can configure a PI Notification. Note, due to months varying length you might have to include 16 values. Also, some values will be repeated for shorter months. You are using an alerting product for reporting! Other options would just be to attach a Datalink report and this works fine if the end users have Datalink.

Create an attribute that is an aggregate of the item in question.
From the attribute, select 'Settings', then instead of a tag name, select the attribute with the source data.
Select your time range, aggregate, calculation basis and minimum percent good.

Tim, It is also better to set the setting in the By Time to either Time Range or Time Range Override and not leave it Automatic
