Hi,

we have two network, one is with no domain(A) and one is domain newtork(B),

on network A we have server with PI Connector installed, on network B we have PI AF server and PI server collections,

between A and B we have opened ports 5450 and  5457 on firewall.

We have created local user on PI Connector  server to run PI Connector service,

on network B we created domain service account  with the same name and added to user group on each server, PI AF server and PI server collections,

also mapped domain service account to identity on PI AF server and PI server collections. Both accounts have the same passwords.

But for some reason on PI Connector it fails connection to PI AF server and PI server.

And if we create local user on PI AF server and PI server (remap identity to local user of course) connection works ok.

Is there any limitation with communication between local user and domain service account for PI Connector?

thanks,

S
