One of the subscribers for a PI Notification informed that the PI Notifications were not sent out to him over a couple of days. The concerned PI Notification is triggered to sent out every three hours. Also, this notification is not based on any real-time data based trigger, which could affect the trigger in case of data availability or quality issue. We have sent out a test notification to the user and found that the same was delivered without any errors. Could you please advise on how to proceed with troubleshooting this issue ?
Also, there have been few instances wherein the triggering attribute has updated correctly however, the notification has not been triggered and sent out to any of the subscribers. Could you please advise on this as well ?
