I believe it is not possible. If it is possible, everybody do not use Active View, PI Vision etc...
If you use development technologies like PI Web API, it can retrieve PI Data. So it is possible to create your display by yourselves with PI data.
But it takes time and I recommend to use PI Vision.
If you don't want to show log then you can use Kiosk mode.
PI Vision (Live Library)
Why you don't want to use ActiveView/PI Vision?

You could save the ProcessBook as an SVG file and replace the values. Of course, you would need your own data access layer. I know a partner did this and was selling a solution pre PI-Coresight. I would not be surprised if a few other people came up with similar solutions. As Kenji Hashimoto points out PI Vision does a nice job of displaying Processbook files.
Thanks Kenji san and Mr.Dan for the reply.
Ok If i chose ActiveView is it possible to integrate with SSRS to view Reports and Display from same platform.
The basic requirement is to have a common platform for PI Displays and SSRS reports, so choosing ActiveView will it solve the problem?

It's important to remember that PI ActiveView is an ActiveX control, and these are often not allowed to run in many corporate environments these days. I've never tried this, but I believe you should be able to use this control in your SSRS based report. You will need to make sure that security settings for ActiveX content are correctly configured for the Security Zone that the report server site will be part of.
