How is your interface set up on the main "UniInt" tab and the OPCInt > Data Handling sections? In both of these sections, there are settings to write values to tags upon interface shutdown. I'm curious if these are enabled.
thanks for the answer.
I have already tried to write predefined values to tags upon interface shutdown. But this did not solve my problem because after that I have a system that only can read a 1 or 0, any other result is not valid.

Thanks for reaching out to us on PI Square.
I took a look at the "Data Quality Information" portion of the OPC DA Interface manual as well as the OPC Server Settings as well. According to the manual "If you use /SG=S...it also suppresses bad and questionable values", so that looks to be in order from your screenshot. I did a quick look through known issues and it appears that this parameter doesn't correctly filter Bad data for versions between 18.104.22.168-22.214.171.124 (yours falling in this range at 126.96.36.199 from your screenshot). I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of the interface and see if this resolves your issue.
Thanks for the answer. I will try to upgrade and see what happens.
It seems that all are well configured in the interface, maybe you can modify the configuration of the tag adding: Event=tagname, if BadVal(TagVal('tagname', '*+1s')) Then NoOutput() on the exdesc attribute.
Anyway, I recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of the interface.
